What is the minimum order for screen printing?

Our minimum order for screen printing is 12 pieces per design. If you need fewer, we also offer DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for smaller runs.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 7 business days after payment and design approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

How do I pay?

Once your digital mock-up is approved, we’ll send you an invoice through QuickBooks. You can securely pay using your bank account, credit card, debit card, or Venmo. Payment must be made in full before production begins. If you have any questions about payment options, feel free to reach out!

What are screen fees?

Screen fees cover the cost of creating the stencil (or "screen") used in screen printing. Each color in your design requires a separate screen, and these screens must be burned, set up, and cleaned after production. The more colors in your design, the more screens are needed, which affects the cost. Screen fees are a one-time charge per design.

What is your pricing based on?

Pricing is based on the number of colors, print locations, garment type, and order quantity. Use our instant quote calculator for fast pricing!

Do you offer custom labels or tag printing?

Yes! We offer inside neck label printing, hem tags, and custom sewn labels.

Can I mix and match shirt sizes and colors?

Yes! As long as the design remains the same, you can mix different sizes, shirt styles, and colors within your order.

What file types do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, EPS, and AI files. Please ensure your file is high resolution for the best print quality.

How do I prepare my artwork for printing?

Set your design at 300 DPI, match the print dimensions, and save in an accepted file format. Transparent backgrounds are recommended for designs without a full background.

Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we offer screen printed samples for a $75 fee plus all applicable screen fees. Contact us for details.

What is digitizing, and why is it required?

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or design into a stitch file that the embroidery machine can read. There is a one-time digitizing fee, but you won’t need to pay it again for future orders of the same design.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we offer price breaks at the following quantities: 24, 48, 72, 144, 288 and 500. For orders of 1,000+ pieces, please contact us for the most accurate pricing.

Do you ship orders?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the U.S. via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
