To ensure the best quality prints, please prepare your design files, as best you can, by following these guidelines:
- Set the resolution to 300 DPI (dots per inch).
- Ensure your design is sized to the actual dimensions you want printed (e.g., 12" x 12" for a chest print).
- Save your file in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, PDF, PSD, EPS, AI.
- Use a transparent background for PNG files if your design does not cover the entire print area.
- Convert all text to outlines or curves to avoid font issues.
