You retain ownership of your designs. By uploading files, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify your designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gatsby Printworks is not responsible for:

• Design issues due to incorrect file uploads.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or supply chain disruptions.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Returns and Refunds

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the order caused by us. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to address any issues.
